Training

Registration is now open for the hands-on workshops “AI applied to Life Sciences”!

Under the initiative of the General Director and reflecting this year’s strong commitment to AI training, the Education Department is pleased to introduce a new series of hands-on workshops focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in the life sciences. Designed to build on the knowledge acquired in the theoretical workshop for PhD students held in March 2025, these workshops will cover cutting-edge AI techniques relevant to the Institut Pasteur’s core research areas.

•     Hands-On Workshop: AI in Genomics (October 30, 2025)
Gain expertise in structure prediction from sequences and in advanced protein design techniques. This workshop covers both fundamental and in-depth methods, enabling participants to apply them effectively and critically assess their results.

•    Hands-On Workshop: AI in Structural Biology (November 13, 2025)

Gain expertise in structure prediction from sequences and in advanced protein design techniques. This workshop covers both fundamental and in-depth methods, enabling participants to apply them effectively and critically assess their results.

•    Hands-On Workshop: AI in Neurosciences (December 3, 2025)

Dive into modeling and model-driven analysis of experimental neuroscience data. You will explore the fundamental principles of neural data analysis and behavior video data analysis, as well as the latest developments in AI-driven neuroscience approaches.

These workshops are open to all members of the Institut Pasteur, regardless of their lab or experience level. They will provide you with practical skills directly applicable to your research projects.
