Reminder: Elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) from November 25 to 27, 2025
We would remind you that the first round of elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) will take place from Tuesday November 25 to Thursday November 27, 2025.
You should have received your login codes by post during the week of November 17 so that you can vote on the Voxaly website. In the event of a second round, your login details will be the same as those used in the first round. If you have not received your codes, you can obtain them by logging onto the website.
Please note: for OREX staff, the login codes will be sent by email on the day of the vote.
The electronic voting system enables you to vote online at any time of day or night via a secure, confidential platform. It also makes it easier for employees on leave, sick leave or business trips to vote. It can be accessed from any computer (in the home, the workplace or a public place).
If you would like information on how to vote or if you would like an access code to be sent to you, you can contact the helpline on 05 67 04 79 00, available 24 hours a day during the voting period.

In accordance with the pre-election agreement, the lists of candidates to the CSE may be consulted since 12 November on the ground floor of Building 23 and on ePasteur.
As a reminder, all staff members of the Institut Pasteur who have been employed for at least three months on the day of the election (i.e. who joined the organisation no later than 24 August 2025) are eligible to vote.
The voting website will open on Tuesday November 25 at 9am
