Reminder of the guidelines for equipment with alarms

The refrigeration equipment and systems on campus (cold-storage facility, -80°C freezers, -20°C freezer, etc.) require special measures for maintenance and in the event of technical problems.

Over the upcoming holiday period, the absence of staff members and the fact that emergency rosters may include staff members who are no longer at the Institut Pasteur mean that there is an increased risk that no one will be there to raise the alarm if any work is needed.

The Technical Department is asking those staff concerned to check that the emergency rosters for equipment with alarms which have been passed on to the equipment center are still up to date and will provide continuous supervision.
