Put on a conference in 2018 with the Institut Pasteur Conference Center - Call for proposals

One of the tasks of the Institut Pasteur Conference Center is to deal with all the logistical arrangements for conferences run by Institut Pasteur scientists on campus.

For these events, the Conference Center can provide a comprehensive range of services via its Conferences Department, which takes care of every aspect of your project, from managing the budget to creating a dedicated website - including online registration and invoicing -, managing abstracts, booking speakers, organizing a dinner, contacting sponsors, drawing up a financial report, etc.

The call for proposals for 2018 conferences is now open.

Your conference should focus on research topics addressed at the Institut Pasteur. You should be able to provide a preliminary program and budget indicating how the event will be self-financed. Your proposal should be submitted to the scientific conference board via the address: comite-colloque@pasteur.fr. This board, supported by Moshe Yaniv in his capacity as scientific advisor, will examine the feasibility of the conference and provide you with an agreement indicating that the Conferences Department is willing to take care of the logistics.
