Launch of the HR platform (HR FAQ and forms)

The Human Resources Department is pleased to present its online HR platform for campus, aimed at improving its quality of service and meeting your HR needs. The platform contains a frequently asked questions section (HR FAQ) and the main HR forms.

 

Why use the HR platform?

 

The platform is easily accessible in French or English on any device. It provides you with:

•    quick and easy answers to your most frequent HR questions – more than 570 questions and answers are available, grouped into themes (e.g. information about paternity leave, renewing your residence permit, registering for social security and health insurance, paid leave and additional (ARTT) leave entitlements, etc.);

•    access to 21 online HR forms (e.g. request to work from home on a regular basis or because of specific circumstances, request for employer certificate, leave certificate, pregnancy certificate, etc.);

•     a system where your requests are automatically sent to the right people (your manager and/or HR contacts).

And of course the HR teams, especially your operational team – your local HR contact and administrative manager –, remain your first point of contact and are on hand to give you any further information.

 

In practice, how to access the HR platform

•    To log in, enter your usual user name and password

 

Please note:

 

Managers also have access to a dedicated space - the HR manager platform – where they can process requests made by their teams.

Requests requiring their approval: the trial period monitoring form, request to work from home on a regular basis or because of specific circumstances, request for unpaid leave, request for paternity leave, and request to move to a part time/reduced set-days system or full time.

Reminder:
 
Some procedures and forms remain on other portals:
•    On your HR portal: submit your requests for occasional home working and paid leave/additional leave (ARTT).

•    On your Career portal (Talentsoft): fill in your annual appraisal and career development review form, create a vacancy/hosting request, view the internal job exchange ("bourse à l'emploi"), access the training catalog, etc.
