Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
As we informed you on September 29, the ANR (French National Research Agency) has now issued its 2018 Generic Call for Proposals.
The ANR has also published its 2018 Guide to Submissions and launched its submission website.
This submission website will be closed on Thursday October 26 at 1pm, Paris time.
To help you prepare your pre-proposal and budget, the Grants Office (GO) has a number of useful documents and is on hand to offer guidance and support:
• An Excel file that you can use to draw up your budget, together with the Institut Pasteur wage scale.
• A step-by-step submission guide, with screenshots and instructions to guide you through using the ANR website.
• A memo containing important information about the pre-proposal stage:
Changes from previous editions:
- Pre-proposals for JCJCs (Young Researchers), PRCs (Collaborative Research Projects) and PRCEs (Collaborative Research Projects involving Enterprises): submission of a 4-page document (including bibliography), no appendices, online completion of CVs – a non-compulsory template is available on the ANR submission page, launched on September 29;
*PRCIs (International Collaborative Research Projects): no pre-proposal this year. Submissions only in stage 2;
*A scientist (PI) may be included in no more than 3 proposals in connection with the 2018 Action Plan (1 coordination and 2 partnerships, or 3 partnerships). This concerns ALL calls for proposals for the 2018 Action Plan (Generic Call for Proposals, ERA-NETs, etc.).
For JCJC submissions, please send an email to GOnational@pasteur.fr to make an appointment.
The GO is aware that there may be bugs or glitches (on the ANR submission site, using the tools, etc.) and is available if you encounter any problems. Please feel free to contact the GO for any further information.
