BAROMETER SURVEY

Take part in the Pasteur 2030 online survey until March 11

Launch

The Pasteur 2030 online survey has now been launched.

On Tuesday February 27, you will have received an email from the polling firm Ipsos containing a secure link to the survey. The link is personal and must not be disclosed or shared. You have two full weeks to complete the survey, up to and including Monday March 11.

The survey is open to all staff, with no minimum service requirement. It should take you around 20 minutes to complete, and you also have the option of saving it partway through and coming back later. The survey is guaranteed by Ipsos and is fully anonymous and confidential. The management team has confirmed that it will present the survey results in full to all staff.

Many of you have already contributed to the survey, and we would like to thank you for your time. Your participation is crucial so that we can establish a clear picture of the Institut Pasteur's strengths and weaknesses and can use this as a basis to develop a Strategic Plan that is as relevant and effective as possible.  We need to gain an idea of your thoughts, your situation and your hopes as part of the development process for the "Pasteur 2030" Strategic Plan.

Support

To guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have, the senior management team held a session for all staff on the afternoon of Tuesday February 27 in the CIS auditorium and online via Zoom. This discussion session was also an opportunity for the management team to set out the methodology and timeline for the development of the Strategic Plan.

François Gardy/Institut Pasteur

Yasmine Belkaid, President, and Henri Pitron, Vice-President Communications and Public Affairs, spoke in turn about the philosophy, methodology and timeline for the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan, and Frédéric Durand, Acting Vice-President Human Resources, and Mariana Mesel-Lemoine, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Institut Pasteur, presented the strategy and method behind the online survey.

150 of you took part in face-to-face sessions and almost 500 participated remotely. Thanks to you all for your time and your interest!
