The Human Resources Department would like to remind you to make sure that you take any remaining leave acquired for 2023/2024 via the HR portal. This paid leave must be taken by May 31, 2024 at the latest. It is not possible to carry over leave except in specific cases associated with illness or maternity, in accordance with legal provisions.

We would remind you that you can view your balance of accrued leave on your HR portal, via "Mon Portail de services" (My Service Portal), or directly at https://portailrh.pasteur.fr/).
All entity heads should make sure that their teams take regular periods of paid leave so that they can enjoy beneficial rest periods throughout the year. They can view the balance of leave of their unit at any time in their HR portal, Manager view > "Temps de travail" > "Consulter les soldes de congés" ("Working time" > "View leave balances"). As an employer, it is the Institut Pasteur's responsibility to ensure that its staff take regular paid leave.
