Launch of Pasteur Learn, the Institut Pasteur's brand new online training platform de formation digitale de l'Institut Pasteur
Pasteur Learn, the new online training platform for all Institut Pasteur staff, was launched by the Human Resources Department on Monday April 22.
Accessible to Pasteurians via the Talentsoft Career Portal, your new LMS (Learning Management System) tool, Pasteur Learn, offers digital training with personalized, scalable and specialized content. Pasteur Learn complements the programs deployed as part of the skills development plan. All content is freely accessible and available in at least English and French.
You'll find a wide range of topics, from science and personal development to language learning, management and much more.
Take ownership of your career development
To help you get to grips with the new platform, several events were held during the week of April 22:
- A webinar for the official launch of the platform, where the name chosen by Institut Pasteur staff was unveiled.

- Information stands on campus and at the Hearing Institute
- Demonstrations in the greenhouse to familiarize staff with the tool and the training possibilities it offers.
This was also an opportunity to find out more about our partner training organizations, Edflex (general job training and soft skills) and Speexx (language courses), which will help boost skills development at the Institut Pasteur.
- Win prizes by taking part in the teaching challenge!
From April 22 to June 14, 2024, take part in the challenge run by the Skills and Training Center, in collaboration with Edflex et Speexx, for a chance to win language coaching or a training course leading to a qualification.
