HR platform (FAQ and forms): the digital tool to guide you through your daily HR procedures

The HR platform, available in French and English, includes a frequently asked questions section (HR FAQ) and all the main HR request forms in digital form.

This online solution gives you:

•  quick and easy answers to your most frequent HR questions – almost 600 questions and answers are available, grouped into themes (e.g. information about paternity leave, renewing your residence permit, registering for social security and health insurance, paid leave and additional (ARTT) leave entitlements, etc.);

•  access to 25 online RH forms to simplify your requests (e.g. request for employer certificate, leave certificate, pregnancy certificate, etc.) and a system where your requests are automatically sent to the right people (your manager and/or HR contacts).

Since it was launched in 2022, the platform has been widely adopted, with more than 43 975 visits, including 19,788 in the last 12 months, and 15 155 requests processed via the online forms, including 7,411 in the last 12 months. It offers useful information alongside the assistance provided by the HR teams, enabling you to access information easily while also simplifying some procedures and making your daily life easier. It goes without saying that the HR team, especially your local HR contacts and HR administrative managers, remain available for any specific requests.
