New decision memos
- Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub organizational set-up
The Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub is undergoing a number of changes so that it can respond more effectively to the needs of the campus community. As from April 1, 2025, it will be divided into five units that will provide expert support to campus and training sessions, as well as methodologies and tools developed in collaboration with scientists on campus:
- WISPR – Web Integration, Scientific Programming and Reproducibility
- FUNOMICA – FUNctional and OMICs Analysis
- STATS
- PAGE – Phylogeny, Algorithms, (meta)Genomics
- AIM – AI and Mathematical modeling
As of this date,
• Élodie Chapeaublanc was appointed as Head of WISPR,
• Claudia Chica was appointed as acting Head of FUNOMICA,
• Pascal Campagne was appointed as Head of STATS,
• Julien Guglielmini was appointed as Head of PAGE,
• Hervé Menager was appointed as acting Head of AIM,
• Marie-Agnès Dillies was appointed as project manager under the supervision of Laurent Essioux, and will work in conjunction with the Data Management Core Facility on -omics data structuring,
• Laurent Essioux was appointed as acting Head of the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub.

- Organizational set-up of the Clinical Research Coordination Office (PC-RC)
As of January 1, 2025, within the Clinical Research Coordination Office (PC-RC) led by Nathalie Jolly,
• Sandrine Fernandes Pellerin was appointed as head of the clinical trials office.
• Olivia Chény was appointed as head of the office for research involving human subjects sponsored by the Institut Pasteur.
• Nathalie Clément was appointed as head of the office for the compliance of research not involving human subjects for which the Institut Pasteur assumes legal liability and research for which third-party institutions assume sponsorship or legal liability.
• Anaïs Perilhou was appointed as head of the clinical operations office.
