Election of new staff representatives using the new electronic voting system
The first round of elections for members of the Works Council and staff representatives will take place from Thursday, November 26 to Wednesday, December 2, 2015.
You will receive a letter at your home address in the coming week containing your login codes to vote on the website:
https://institut-pasteur.votes.voxaly.com
The electronic voting system enables you to vote online at any time of day or night. It is a reliable, secure, confidential voting method that makes it easier to vote, even for staff members absent on leave or sick leave or away on business.
This voting service can be accessed from any computer (at home, at work or in public areas). A dedicated online voting area will also be set up in the atrium of the François Jacob building, room 17B; this area will be open to all staff from November 26 to December 2, from 10am to 3pm.
