Latest issue of the Citech newsletter

The 3rd edition of the Citech newsletter is a Tech Lab Special Edition. It recounts the successful Open House and Inauguration of the Tech Lab, including a reiteration of the Emerging Technologies Open Call that was announced that afternoon. Readers are treated to a presentation of activities currently hosted by Tech Lab Central. Piernicola Spinicelli, who is driving the first collaborative Tech R&D project, describes his work with structured-illumination super-resolution microscopy for living samples imaging. Samy Gobaa, leader of the first advanced service activities hosted at Tech Lab Central, describes new services related to bioengineering and microfluidics: multifactorial screening, reconstructing 3D microenvironments, and microfluidics "for all." Recent additions to the Citech team, who will bring increased grant-writing and bioinformatics capabilities, are highlighted with their biographies and photos. The first annual Citech retreat, which brought together representatives from 15 different entities, is also noted.
