Cross-disciplinary training for PhD students

The Center for Translational Science (CRT), in cooperation with the Education Department and with the support of the Doct-Office, is launching a training program for PhD students keen to develop closer links with the medical community.

The PhD students will be given the opportunity to take part in various events organized by the CRT and to count them as doctoral school modules (see below for recognized events and approved hours).

This scheme has been approved for the FIRE Doctoral School and is awaiting approval for the MTCI, SDSV, BioSPC and CdV schools. PhD students can also take the initiative of approaching their doctoral school themselves to request recognition of the scheme.

All these events and activities are also open to post-doctoral fellows, engineers and permanent scientists.
