- Creation of the Trypanosomes Molecular Biology five-year group
Following the favorable opinion issued by the Scientific Council in June 2015, the Trypanosomes Molecular Biology (Biologie moléculaire des Trypanosomes) five-year group will be set up on March 1, 2016.
This five-year group will be part of the Parasites and Insect Vectors Department and will be directed by Lucy Glover, a Research Associate at the Institut Pasteur.

- Appointment of the Assistant Vice-President Human Resources
On February 1, 2016, Isabelle Pelletier-Doucement took up the post of Assistant Vice-President Human Resources, reporting to the Vice-President Human Resources, Olivier Gramail.
In this new post, she will be directly responsible for supervising the activities of the MAASCC welcome and support structure for contract researchers, and she will also work together with the Vice-President Human Resources in supervising the activities of the Local HR Department.

On February 1, 2016, Mariana Mesel-Lemoine took up the post of Head of the MAASCC Department, a welcome and support structure for contract researchers. She will report to Isabelle Pelletier-Doucement.
