C3BI Hands-on NGS course, Paris 2016

This Hands-on course, organized from November 21 to December 2, is aimed at researchers that have produced NGS datasets and would like to learn how to get the most out of it. Organizers will tackle several topics depending on the interest of the attendees (see flyer). Organizers want this course to be of immediate use to the students. The first week of this course will be devoted to theory and practical examples, while the second week will be dedicated to working with your own data. Prospective students have to apply and will be selected on the basis of the analysis they wish to perform during the second week of the course.

This hands-on NGS course is open to the whole Pasteur International Network. Through INDA, it will be offered five travel grants to students coming from the Network.
