The IncuCyte^® ZOOM system is an unique imaging platform, dedicated to live-cell imaging and cellular assays. The system allows real-time quantification of cell behavior in stable and controlled environment of the incubator.

High definition images, obtained 24/24 automatically, can be reviewed and analyzed from a networked remote computer without opening the incubator or disturbing the cells. The system support a variety of vessels (plates and flasks), including dishes, tissue culture plates, and multi-well chambers.  Analysis software includes validated assays for cell migration, apoptosis, cell proliferation, angiogenesis, reporter gene expression, and more. The technology is available in the Bsl2+ facility of the CRT Technology Core.
 
A training is scheduled in collaboration with Jean-Baptiste Penigault from Essen BioScience compagny, Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10am in Metchnikoff building, room 67-04-25.
