Migration of telephony to Teams at Pasteur

Since 2020, the deployment of Microsoft Teams has facilitated the work of pastors thanks to its multiple collaboration and communication functionalities: document sharing, video meetings, chat, application integration, etc.

Today, the Information Systems Department has decided to gradually migrate telephony to Teams to benefit from its many features: simultaneous ringing, call transfer, voice mail, etc. From then on, each newcomer receives a business number, and the Teams’ platform is already configured to make calls.

The advantages of the telephony in Teams

•   No more different interfaces to manage call and receive calls on your business number from Teams.

•   The same call management wherever you are (in the office, on the road, at home, in the car...). All telephony features are accessible from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

•   Perfect integration with the Microsoft universe: easily invites a telephone contact to participate in your video conference meetings.
