Introduction of the Nagoya Protocol at the Institut Pasteur: training workshops

The Nagoya Protocol sets out the principle that each country is the « owner » of the genetic resources collected on its territory and therefore, the latter may control the access and use of such genetic resources.

In order to explain the objectives, the issues of the Nagoya protocol, as well as the internal procedure, you are kindly invited to participate in an educational workshop organized by the Legal Department and the Biological Resources Center of the Pasteur Institute (CRBIP) either January 25, 2019 (2:30pm-4pm) or on February 7, 2019 (10am-11:30am).
