LEGACY

The Legacies Office launches a podcast series!

In connection with its development plan and in a bid to connect more effectively with the public and embrace new communication methods, the Legacies Office launched a series of five podcasts in late June. The five episodes describe the history of legacies at the Institut Pasteur by telling the story of five particularly memorable legacies received.

By adopting a dynamic, original format that is popular with younger people, the Legacies Office is hoping to reach out to a new audience that might be interested in leaving a legacy and to encourage them to think of the Institut Pasteur when drawing up their will. For people who are already committed to leaving a legacy to the Institut Pasteur, this is also a new way of providing them with information about the institute they have chosen to support and showing them how they are playing a part in its development.

Daniel Iffla-Osiris, Marguerite Boucicaut, the Duchess of Windsor, Amicie Lebaudy and Mathilde Courbe all left their mark not only on history but also on the history of the Institut Pasteur.

Check out the story of the legacy left by each of them and how it has influenced the Institut Pasteur's development and research

Further episodes are being prepared for next year. In the meantime, feel free to spread the word about this first series!
