Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
We are pleased to announce the first half-day roundtable/workshop around (cryo-) tomography organized at the Institut Pasteur with the aim of bringing together all the experts/passionate/interested people across the campus for an exchange and brainstorming session.
The idea is to reach out to the Pasteur community that is scattered around the campus and promote contacts and discussions to identify current needs and bottlenecks for existing tomography pipelines at the Institut Pasteur, from sample preparation and acquisitions conditions to data processing, handling and visualization.
If you are interested in this initiative, or just curious about finding out what the state of the art about (cryo-)tomography at the Institut Pasteur is, please join organizers for this roundtable/workshop on April 11 2022, between 2pm and 5pm at the Ullmann amphitheater (Monod building, -1st floor).
You are warmly invited to introduce yourself and your topic/questions in an informal way with flash talks, that will be followed by a 90 minutes interactive live brainstorming session.
This initiative will be an in-person event, as we believe live exchanges among colleagues to brainstorm ideas, and it will be open to any researcher or facility member willing to participate.
If you are willing to participate and to present a few slides (approx. 5 min) you can send an email to: anna.sartori-rupp@pasteur.fr and anastasia.gazi@pasteur.fr
Organizers:
Anna Sartori-Rupp, Anastasia Gazi, Francois Bontems, Matthijn Vos, Jost Enninga, Guillaume Dumenil
