Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
From 2021 onwards, the Institut Pasteur has set itself the target of 100% of publications each year published as open access. Since May 2021, in the Charter for Open Access to Publications, the Institut Pasteur has required its scientists to:
• publish their articles with a CC BY license and without an embargo, either in a fully open access journal or by applying the Rights Retention Strategy
• submit their publications to the HAL-Pasteur open archive
For the past two years, the COMESP has included the submission of publications to the HAL-Pasteur open archive in its appraisal policy.
