Curie-O-SA is a collaborative project between the Institut Curie and the Institut Pasteur. The main aim is to investigate the immune response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus in individuals who may or may not have been infected by the SARS-CoV-2 virus since January 2020.
Anybody from the Institut Pasteur staff with the following since January 2020:
- PCR test on a nasopharyngeal swab specimen positive for SARS-CoV-2,
- OR a serologic assay positive for SARS-CoV-2,
- OR loss of smell (anosmia) and/or taste (ageusia),
- OR a respiratory infection associated with digestive signs*.
* fever, fatigue, cough, breathing difficulties, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, headache, aches, conjunctivitis or cold, digestive problems (vomiting or diarrhea), whether or not the symptoms led to time off work, treatment and/or hospitalization.
4 visits over 12 months, including the following at each visit:
- a blood sample of 5 ml maximum (1 tube)
- a nasopharyngeal swab
- a self-administered online questionnaire about your health condition
In the current context, these visits should only take place if you have to be on campus for work; they must in no case be used to justify travel and access to campus.
1. Ensure that you meet the inclusion criteria mentioned above
2. Make an appointment for the inclusion visit (a 30-minute appointment before December 31, 2020): contact the Institut Pasteur Medical Center by email or by telephone on 01 45 68 80 22.
