DISABILITY

Report on European Disability Employment Week

European Disability Employment Week (EDEW), which ran from November 17 to 21, 2025, was an opportunity to raise awareness, foster contacts and encourage dialog and discussion about inclusion.

The 2025 edition, organized by the Disability Office, featured several highlights on campus:

  •  An informative coffee and chat session, with free coffee provided by the Disability Office in cooperation with Notre café Marais*;

  • The performance-based lecture "Cancer and work: a possible equation," which provided a sensitive, realistic look at the impact of cancer on working life;

  •   A forum for information and discussion, with representatives from the Disability Office, the Human Resources Department, the Occupational Health and Prevention Department, the Hearing Institute/reConnect IHU, CeRIS and other key players and featuring participatory workshops on mental health and specific language and learning difficulties.

Three webinars were also put on during the week, led by Petite Mu, France's top media outlet for raising awareness about invisible disabilities:

  • Mental health and mental disorders
  • Invisible disabilities and imposter syndrome
  • Invisible disabilities and mental health
