Reminder: elections for members of the Social and Economic Committee
As a reminder, elections for new members of the Institut Pasteur's Social and Economic Committee (CSE), the staff representative body, will be held at the end of November. The first round of elections for members of the CSE will take place from November 25 to 27, 2025, via an electronic voting system.
To vote online, you will receive a letter by post to your home address containing your login codes, in accordance with legal requirements.
We would therefore ask you to check your home address in HR portal and to update it if needed by October 28, 2025. | ||
All staff members of the Institut Pasteur who have been employed for at least three months on the day of the election (i.e. who joined the organisation no later than 24 August 2025) are eligible to vote.
In addition, a specific election, organised in a single round and intended for representing staff from external research organisations (OREX) at the CSE, will also be held from 25 to 27 November 2025 by electronic vote. For this election, the login details will be sent by email.
In accordance with the pre-election agreement, the electoral lists by college have been posted since October 13 on the ground floor of Building 23 and can be viewed on the intranet.
