New staff restaurant services: practical informations

From October 6, the restaurant services on campus will be changing to offer you more variety, quality, and flexibility. Here is a brief and practical overview of the new services.

  • As part of the change of service provider, the balance on your badge will be retained and will remain usable with the API service provider.
     

Welcome events for service providers
 

To mark their arrival and introduce themselves, the two new service providers have planned a series of events: 

API RESTAURATION

FOODLES

Date: Monday, 6 October at 8:30 a.m. 

Location: Breakfast presentation at Le Laboratoire culinaire

Objective: Meet the team, learn about their offerings, and ask questions about how the self-service cafeteria and room service operate.

Date: Monday, 6 October, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Location: The 25 and 3rd floor of the François Jacob building

Objective: Presentation of connected refrigerators and flexible catering options.

On 4 November, Foodles will host the launch of the new counter at The 25, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.


Additional information

Access to both applications, which will simplify the user experience, will be operational from 6 October 2025.

The rules of use will be communicated during the coming week.

The ordering process for the terrasse bistronomique and room service is currently being finalised. The operating procedures to be followed with the new service providers will be communicated to you very soon.
