The Institut Pasteur in Paris Young Researcher Association (STAPA) in collaboration with the Institut Pasteur (Paris) and the Pasteur Network are pleased to announce the launch of the Call for Abstracts for the first edition of the STAPA International Network Congress (SINC), an international scientific congress dedicated to host-pathogen interactions which will take place from October 28 to 30, 2026, at the Institut Pasteur in Paris.

This congress, by and for young researchers, aims to foster and strengthen international connections across the Pasteur Network and beyond.

Over three days, the program will include:

• Keynote lectures from leading scientists within the Pasteur Network,

• Oral and poster presentations by early-career researchers,

• Roundtables, workshops, and interactive sessions on scientific careers, international collaboration, and diversity, equity & inclusion

Key dates:

• Opening of call for abstracts (talks, posters): June 1, 2026

• Opening of registrations: June 1, 2026

• Abstract submission deadline for talks and travel grants: July 5, 2026

• Results for talks selection: July 15, 2026

• Closing of registrations: October 1, 2026
