Yasmine Belkaid awarded the 2026 Collen-Jeantet Prize in Translational Medicine in Geneva

Yasmine Belkaid, laureate of the 2026 Collen-Jeantet Prize in Translational Medicine (see the newsletter from January 16, 2026), took part in the scientific conference organized by the Louis Jeantet Foundation for the 2026 laureates in Geneva, Switzerland, on April 22, alongside Fiona Doetsch, recipient of the 2026 Louis-Jeantet Prize for Medicine.

At a ceremony attended by Denis Duboule, President of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, Pierre Maudet, State Councilor for the Canton of Geneva, and Peter Ratcliffe, President of the Foundation's Scientific Committee, Yasmine Belkaid had the honor of receiving the 2026 Collen-Jeantet Prize in Translational Medicine for her research on the key roles of the microbiota and diet-related factors in immune control and protection against pathogens.
