Fourth edition of the course “Single cell gene expression and beyond”

The Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS and the HR Teaching – Education Center are happy to announce the fourth edition of the 5-day course “Single cell gene expression and beyond” taking place from June 30 to July 6, 2022.

The course, in english, aims at providing theoretical and hands-on training for all steps of high-throughput multiomic single cell profiling. The 5-day program will cover an overview of technologies for single cells omics, hands-on single cell RNA-seq by droplet-based assay using the 10xGenomics technology, Introduction to microfluidics-based approaches for single cell profiling and 2 days of basics of single cell transcriptome data analysis. Quality Controls, best practices and “tips and tricks” will be discussed.

Scientists interested in applying advanced single-cell transcriptome sequencing in their research are welcome.
