See the approved training requests for 2022 and attend the webinar on April 5

The 2022 skills development plan has been finalized and can now be rolled out on campus.

All staff members can now go to the Career Portal to see what training requests have been approved based on the needs expressed during the annual appraisals and career development reviews:

• Log in to the Career Portal (Talentsoft),
• on your home page, click on "Mon Talentsoft" (My Talentsoft),
• and go to "Souhaits de formation" (Training requests).

 

To guide you through the process, the HR Department Training Center is inviting you to attend a webinar in French, open to all staff, on Tuesday April 5 from 11am to 12 noon via Teams, on the topic:

Professional training: how to develop your skills ?

The information and discussion session will focus on:

  • the key aims of the skills development plan and the various training initiatives associated with your projects;

  • obligations related to compulsory regulatory training at the Institut Pasteur;

  • how to use Talentsoft (your Career Portal).

• Monitoring your skills development plan via the Career Portal

You can use the portal to check the approval status of any requests made during the appraisals and also sign up for some training sessions, monitor your registration, post feedback for any completed training and download your training certificates.
