The Culture Media Platform is the support department in charge of producing culture media and solutions for more than 15 buildings on the Institut Pasteur campus.
A new software solution is being deployed for the team in order to manage production. The software (Sage X3) will enable batch tracking, stock consumption follow-up and data storage.
The go-live is scheduled on Monday April 11, 2022. Before start-up, a complete shutdown of platform activity is necessary on April 7, 8 and 11 to take inventories, import the data and perform fine-tuning.
Restart will be gradual, starting on Monday April 11.
The order placement procedure will remain unchanged for scientists: you choose a medium reference and quantity, complete the order form (pdf) and email it to commande.milieux@pasteur.fr
Every batch will come with its certificate of analysis and delivery note, replacing the current "certificat de conformité" (certificate of conformity).
May we kindly ask you, as far as possible, to anticipate your media orders according to this agenda. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused during the start-up phase.
