Upcoming "Pasteur Medicine Quarter-Hour" session on trypanosomiasis on April 18

Every month, the Center for Translational Science runs a "Pasteur Medicine Quarter-Hour" session, at which two doctors are invited to give a brief presentation to Institut Pasteur scientists on the diseases they are involved in treating. The doctors start by outlining one or more clinical cases, then provide a short description of the disease and conclude by looking at a series of unanswered questions that need to be addressed.

The next session will take place on Thursday April 18 at 5.30pm in the François Jacob auditorium.

Program:

  • The major challenge of eliminating Human African trypanosomiasis – Jean Jannin (Exotic Pathology Society (SPE))

  • New avenues for research on eliminating Human African trypanosomiasis – Brice Rotureau (Institut Pasteur)
