Pasteur 2030: focus on the next steps and resources available to you

Following on from the Pasteur 2030 e-consultation on campus, the directors of the scientific departments and support functions will be taking over the task of presenting the results of the survey to their teams in May/June. The aim will be to exchange ideas in a constructive and positive way, so that we can move forward together in a spirit of openness and goodwill.
 
In July, an almost finalized version of the Strategic Plan currently being drawn up will be shared with you. It will necessarily take into account the results of the electronic consultation.
 
From September onwards, the aim will be to work together to build action levers to share a common vision, work better together, improve the quality of life at work, develop talent, combat discrimination and commit to sustainable development, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion.

Transparency, trust and dialogue are the watchwords.
