Skills and training: rollout of the plan and other news
The Skills Development Plan was launched on campus on April 1, providing an opportunity to present the latest news on internal training.
Skills development is one of the key commitments in the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan. The 2026 Skills Development Plan was launched on Wednesday April 1. You can now go to the Career Portal (Talentsoft) to see whether the training requests made during the latest annual appraisals and career development reviews have been approved. In parallel, the Skills and Training Center in the Human Resources Department is also constantly improving its in-house training opportunities.
In-house scientific training
The in-house scientific training available for staff on campus is being continuously developed, with new programs on topics including molecular phylogenetics, Shiny, Django, data reproducibility, AI-assisted academic writing and designing animated films. Coordinated by the Skills and Training Center in conjunction with experts on campus and external partners, the program covers a wide range of themes – bioinformatics, biostatistics, scientific communication, innovation and more –, in a variety of online formats.
