The 2025 Skills Development Plan has now been finalized. Since Tuesday April 1, all staff members have been able to go to the Career Portal (Talentsoft) to see what training requests have been approved based on the needs expressed during the annual appraisals and career development reviews.

During the latest round of annual appraisals and career development reviews, you requested training in various areas. You can now see which training requests have been approved by going to the Career Portal (Talentsoft). (see the video of the steps to follow to check the status of your training requests)

The webinar was an opportunity to discuss implementation of the 2025 Skills Development Plan and all the latest news on the training of the month, the launch of the artificial intelligence acculturation and training series ("AI events") and new content available on the Pasteur Learn digital training platform.

Pasteur Learn celebrates its first anniversary

To mark its first anniversary, Pasteur Learn is inviting you to get stuck into a team challenge! From April 29 to May 23, explore training content on Pasteur Learn to develop your knowledge. The team that comes first will win the opportunity to enjoy a sociable meal together at the "La Table" restaurant.
