Agenda

Come to the conference on "Mechanisms and Consequences of Chromosomal Translocations in Cancer" on May 20 and 21, 2019

On May 20 and 21, the conference "Mechanisms and Consequences of Chromosomal Translocations in Cancer" will be held on campus.

The topic of this meeting covers the basic and translational aspects of chromosomal translocations in cancers. The aim of this meeting is to share the latest findings on chromosomal translocations, with major implications for our understanding of cancer etiology, onset, evolution and therapy resistance.

The meeting will be organized in three sessions:

  • Origins and mechanisms of chromosomal translocation formation

  • Toward faithful modeling of chromosomal translocations

  • Diseases, functional consequences and treatment prospects

Time will be dedicated to discussions with the aim of fostering new ideas and collaborative projects. Finally, we will provide opportunities for oral and poster presentations for young scientists.
