#TeamCleaners Challenge: season 2 for digital clean-up

Spring is here now: free up space in your mailbox and keep it in good shape!

As part of the Digital Cleanup Day 2024, the IT Department and the CSR Department are pleased to launch the second edition of the #TeamCleaners Challenge, beginning on March 18th and running until 30th April.

Your goal: to delete as many emails as possible!

Let's work together to reduce the digital environmental impact of our Institute and the legal risks associated with keeping unnecessary data, while helping to optimize the performance of our internal servers!

We encourage you to delete your e-mails in bulk or to archive them. Your archive box can hold up to 50GB!

Whether on your own or as part of a team, take up the challenge!

The winners of the #TeamCleaners Challenge will be rewarded in May.

You can register your team here (don't forget to give it a name!).

The winners of the #TeamCleaners Challenge will be announced in May. The 2 winners will be the 2 (team & solo) having freed up the most space (in terms of GB) in their mailboxes.
