The next edition of the race will take place on Sunday September 10, 2017, with a weekend of "sport and well-being" specially geared to women. Accompanied by more than 1,000 musicians at regular intervals along the route, the runners will encounter giants, carnival floats and a host of costumed characters. 40,000 women are expected to take part in this carnival-themed 21st edition. In 2016, 80 Institut Pasteur staff took part. Why not give it another go and take part in this year's Caribbean edition?

The 2017 race will set off from the "Pont d'Iéna" bridge at 10am, and for the first time will head to the legendary Champs Elysées. The finishing line is on the Champ de Mars. The race offers a picture-postcard tour of all the most famous streets of Paris!
