Available training – autumn 2018
The training center in the Talent and Organization Development Department within the Human Resources Department is running the following courses:
- for managers at the Institut Pasteur:
• "Management training: improve your managerial skills with professional co-development" workshops
Professional co-development is an approach designed to help managers improve their operational effectiveness. By sharing practices and specific problems among peers, this method, which involves asking questions and listening to the experiences of others, enables participants to learn from each other and offers new possibilities for creative thinking and solutions.
Two sessions will be run between October and December 2018 so that as many managers as possible can attend this training.
• A training course on "Managing and accommodating change", which will take place on campus on October 15 and 16, 2018.
- for staff at the Institut Pasteur:
• "Coping with change" training course
This course, aimed at staff members who are interested in acquiring practical tools to help them understand and deal with situations of change, will take place on campus on Decmeber 7, 2018.
Priority will be given to Institut Pasteur staff.
We would remind you that when you sign up for a training course, you must attend the entire course.
