Temporary closure of the Reuse room

The Sustainable Development Department would like to inform you that the Reuse room will be closed from Friday December 22, 2023 to Friday January 5, 2024.

Before this temporary closure, the Sustainable Development Department team will be on hand in the Metchnikoff building – ground floor – Room 08 [67-00-08] on Monday December 4, Wednesday December 13 and Monday December 18 from 9.30 to 11.30am for you to drop off or pick up any laboratory consumables or office supplies (a full list of opening times can be found on the dedicated Reuse room page).

To make an appointment on one of the days indicated, you can use the new " Reuse App," available here (click on the "+" at the top right of the appointment interface to generate a form – see p. 5 of the app user guide) or make an appointment by emailing ressourcerie@pasteur.fr. Appointments will be confirmed by email.

You can also use the new app to see the catalog of available items, reserve them or arrange to drop items off with just a few clicks. The app is under development so feel free to contact the Reuse room directly by email (ressourcerie@pasteur.fr) regarding any equipment that is not yet listed. If you are dropping items off, come along to the Reuse room with your office supplies and laboratory consumables.

If you are picking items up, come along with a bag or cart.

Please note that the Reuse room does not accept:
• chemical and biological products;
• Pasteur pipettes and graduated glass pipettes;
• furniture (chairs, desks, etc.) and electrical scientific equipment (vortex mixers, stirrers, water baths, etc.); these items are handled by the General Services Department via servicesgeneraux@pasteur.fr
