Modernization

Get ready for the launch of ePasteur, your new intranet, on December 14!

Back in January, nearly 1,000 of you helped select the name of your future intranet. Most staff opted for "ePasteur", a name that reflects a tool that is used and shared by all staff – and one that has been given a complete makeover (see the newsletter of January 13).

In October, we gave you a glimpse of the ePasteur "graphic identity" and new color scheme, which combines the Institut Pasteur blue with a gradient in these same tones and a few touches of brighter, more vibrant colors. The new visual identity also incorporates bold curved lines and a more subtle background ripple effect as a way of playing with movement and depth (see the newsletter of October 13)

Also in October, the newsletter team took you behind the scenes of the ePasteur project by sharing the stories of those who have helped get it off the ground.

The large-scale project has involved multiple departments and several intranet contributors and users.

Such a complex project was only possible with a co-design approach (see the newsletter of October 20).

After more than a year of work, the project team and all the stakeholders who have contributed to this huge undertaking are pleased to announce that ePasteur will be launched on December 14.

So make sure you are ready at your workstation on December 14 to check out ePasteur and to get browsing, clicking, scrolling and sharing.

The project team will be organizing various initiatives to present the project and support you as you get used to using the new tool. The newsletter team will inform you of all the latest news.

In the meantime, make sure you keep your eyes peeled so you don't miss the arrival of ePasteur!
