Payment of the collective bonus

As announced previously, and in accordance with the memorandum of understanding on the 2023 annual negotiations signed on November 23, a one-off collective bonus will be paid to all employees with the December salary.

 

In practice

 

The amount you will receive varies as follows:

•    €1,000 net for gross annual salaries* lower than €30,000,

•       €900 net for gross annual salaries* higher than or equal to €30,000 and lower than €39,000,

•       €800 net for gross annual salaries* higher than or equal to €39,000 and lower than €58,963.47,

•       €800 gross (exempt from CSG and CRDS social security contributions and treated as taxable income) for gross annual salaries higher than €58,963.47*.

 * full-time equivalent (full year)

Under the "value-sharing bonus" (prime partage de la valeur – PPV) scheme, the bonus is net of social security contributions and tax for salaries up to 3 times the annual minimum wage (€58,963.47 gross for the reference period).
 

 How the bonus is paid

 

- It will appear on your December payslip and will be indicated with the words "Prime de partage de la valeur"

- It will be paid in accordance with the following minimum service conditions:

•    staff who were at the Institut Pasteur on November 30, 2022 and joined before June 1, 2022 will receive the full amount,

•    staff who were at the Institut Pasteur on November 30, 2022 and joined on or after June 1, 2022 will receive 50% of the amount.

 

Who is eligible

 

The measure applies to all Institut Pasteur employees (except employees who are on the Senior Management Board (Codir) and employees who have joined the Institut Pasteur since December 1, 2022).

The following categories are also not eligible for the bonus: physicians paid on a supply basis and employees whose employment contract was suspended for the entirety of the reference period, regardless of the reason, except for employees on childcare and parental presence leave.
