A look back at the highlights of Open Access Week

From November 23 to 27, 2020, the Scientific Information Resources Center (CeRIS) celebrated International Open Access Week with a series of events and activities on the theme of open access, and more broadly open science.

If you missed any of the highlights, you can find out more below:

  • Reviewing scientists and scientific projects in the open science age

On November 26, a round table was held with Françoise Dromer (Institut Pasteur), Martine Garnier-Rizet (ANR), Laurence Guyard (ANR), Thierry Galli (Inserm) and Serge Bauin (CNRS) to discuss the different practices at their respective institutions and the difficulties encountered in introducing an open science policy and new review procedures.

The round table was recorded and can be consulted here.

  • Data forever, a virtual exhibition

Since November 23, a virtual exhibition produced by the CeRIS has been available online. It explores the fascinating story of data and its uses in science, art and daily life.
