Following the favorable opinion issued by the Scientific Council in October 2016, the Stress Adaptation and Metabolism in Enterobacteria (Adaptation au stress et métabolisme chez les entérobactéries) Unit will be set up on February 1, 2018.

This unit is part of the Microbiology Department and will be directed by Frédéric Barras, a Professor at the Institut Pasteur.

The unit will be set up for a first five-year term which will run through to January 31, 2023.
