Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
From January 1, 2018, there will be some changes to medical expenses benefits under the Welfare Agreement. These changes are being introduced following the work carried out over the past few months by the Welfare/Pension Department and Technical Commission of the Works Committee. They have been brought into effect by an agreement signed by all the Institut Pasteur's trade unions.
The aim is to bring our compulsory additional health expenses scheme into line with the latest legislative requirements (especially the idea of a contrat responsable ("state-approved contract")), while making sure Institut Pasteur staff can enjoy the same level of reimbursement as under the previous arrangements.
The work carried out on the surplus generated by the health expenses scheme has also led us to adjust the contributions system, which has had the positive outcome of reducing required contributions for all staff (in theory applicable from March 2018). Some existing guarantees have also been improved and some new guarantees introduced.
These changes do not alter the optional add-ons, which are available in addition to the guaranteed mandatory coverage.
See the details of the guarantees.
Please note:
Vivinter will continue to manage this contract. Please contact them directly if necessary.
