Services offered by the Procurement Department and procurement procedure: two documents to guide you through the procurement process
As part of an ongoing process of improvement of the procurement system, the Procurement Department recently published two key documents (also available in French): the Procurement Department mandate and the procurement policy.
Organization memo 0127 provides more information about these core aspects of the procurement process
To provide staff on campus with the best possible guidance in getting to grips with the procurement process, two operational documents have now been published in addition to the first two key documents:

"Services offered by the Procurement Department," which establishes the scope of the services provided for Institut Pasteur staff

The "procurement procedure", a practical guide for staff on all matters related to purchases.
