Open lecture hall on December 17 – Discussion meeting: "Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects (DTPS): Why, who for, how?"

Come along and share your thoughts about the future changes at the Institut Pasteur!

On Tuesday December 17, the new Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects (DTPS) will have the pleasure of welcoming staff for a detailed presentation of its missions and an opportunity for discussion.

To help it deal with the many challenges it faces, the Institut Pasteur has decided to engage in a process of transformation aimed at improving simplicity, efficiency and cross-functional cooperation, to enable all staff to focus on their role and the added value they can bring.

Fanny Forgeau, Director for Transformation and Strategic Projects, will introduce the discussions, which will be held from 10am to 12 noon in the Émile Duclaux lecture hall. The DTPS team will then present some of the projects that will drive transformation at the Institut Pasteur until 2030. Following this, there will be ample time for your comments and questions.

The Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects is counting on your participation as we work together to shape the future projects that will be part of Pasteur 2030!

We hope that lots of you will come along to share your thoughts and help us build the future of the Institut Pasteur together.
