Launch of the new ePasteur intranet: supporting you as you familiarize yourself with the new tool

After 20 years, Webcampus is set to be replaced by ePasteur, the new daily companion and essential tool for all Institut Pasteur staff. Following more than a year's efforts developing the new intranet, the project team and all those involved are delighted to share the new tool with you and would like to invite you all to the official launch event on December 14!

Supporting you as you get used to using ePasteur

The transition to a new working tool like an intranet requires support and guidance, and a number of sessions and training initiatives will be held over the coming weeks:

Showroom on December 14 and 15

The project team and the contributors to the new intranet will be on hand to present ePasteur and its main features in the atrium of the François Jacob building:

• Thursday December 14 from 1.30pm

• Friday December 15 all day, from 9.30am to 5pm

There will be demonstrations and a live visit of the various spaces that make up the new tool. Feel free to come along and meet the team in the atrium, which will be specially redecorated for the occasion. Hot drinks, activities and other surprises are in store for this special event organized for Institut Pasteur staff.

Dedicated webinar in January

A webinar open to all staff will be held in January via Teams. This will be an opportunity to dive more deeply into the tool, space by space, and also a chance for you to ask any questions and engage in a live chat about the new intranet. The date of the event will be announced in an upcoming edition of the newsletter. The webinar will be recorded and you will be able to watch it back on ePasteur.

Training for advanced users

For staff who will be posting content on ePasteur as part of their work, training sessions are now being run and have been added to the catalog of training courses provided to staff during annual appraisals.

Practical information

• Please note that Webcampus will not be entirely closed straight away. There will be a transitional period to give us time to migrate some spaces to ePasteur.
