Fifth edition of the "Single-cell gene expression and beyond" course
The Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS and the HR Training Center are delighted to announce the fifth edition of the "Single-cell gene expression and beyond" course, which will take place over five days, on June 29 and 30 and from July 3 to 5, 2023.
The aim of this course, taught in English, is to provide theoretical and practical training about all the stages of high-throughput single-cell multiomics profiling.
The program of the five-day course involves a presentation of single-cell omics technologies, the use of 10x Genomics technology for single-cell RNA-seq, an introduction to microfluidics-based approaches for single-cell profiling, and two days on the basics of single-cell transcriptomic data analysis. The question of quality control will be addressed, and participants will be taught the best practices in the field as well as various tips and tricks.
The course is aimed at scientists interested in applying advanced single-cell transcriptome sequencing to their research.
