Monday March 10: new HR "open door" session to support foreign staff who have recently joined the Institut Pasteur

On Monday March 10, a new HR open door session will be held to support foreign staff members in their onboarding process at the Institut Pasteur.

The first HR open door session was held on Tuesday February 4 to give early career scientists from abroad the opportunity to ask questions.

Following on from this first session, the administrative management teams in the HR Department will be holding a further session on Monday March 10, from 1.30 to 4pm.

The following topics will be covered:

•        Residence permit
•        Social security and health insurance
•        Different types of leave (additional leave, maternity and paternity leave, etc.)

HR open door sessions are mainly aimed at Institut Pasteur employees*

(*OREX staff (from external research organizations) are encouraged to contact their employer if they have any administrative questions)
